I love the flow of the outlines, it kind of reminds me of those Whimsical animations I see on YouTube, as well as the art style too!

cool drawing - funky lines = cool drawing
i think the art style makes most things look rushed but in a good way. it's just kinda hard to describe because usually people who use those lines also need to work on shadows and perspective and stuff, but you're actually pretty good w them already. i think some good examples would be that "quick sketch" of V1 and Lee doodling. i ain't draw though so probably take that with a grain of rice.

The "rushed" part seems to be accurate from what I can tell, it may be the sketchiness of the linework that makes it seem rushed, and it works alongside the line thickness which makes it contribute to the artstyle.

Yes! Can't quite find the words though. I like cool ass stuff like the Cybermurai and Cyberknight if that information is any use to you. Guess I'll compliment your character design in lieu of answering the actual question.
